What We Do
Officially opened on September 27, 2012
Every day families from all over Newfoundland and Labrador face the reality of a sick or injured child. For many of them this means they must travel to St. John’s, to receive specialized pediatric care and treatment at the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre. Ronald McDonald House helps sick or injured children stay close to their families and to the care and resources they need.

Virtual Tour
Our House is a two-story structure with approximately 17,000 square feet of living space. It is located at 150 Clinch Crescent in St. John’s which is a five minute walk of the Janeway on the west side of Clinch Crescent and south of the parking lots of the Health Science Centre.
The House is specifically designed to provide a home environment for sick children, their siblings and their parents and/or caregivers. Each room is decorated with bright colors, comfortable furniture and child inspired accessories. The House is bright, bold, and full of energy as children’s voices and laughter make it a warm, comfortable and loving home.
