5 Ways you can help!

  1. Donate

The cost of having a sick child and being away from home really adds up quickly. Families staying at Ronald McDonald House only pay $15 per night, it costs $197 to host a family each night. Your single gift or monthly gifts will provide important programs and services to families far from home with a sick or injured child.

On-line donations are fast and easy. Pay by Visa or Master Card. You may pay by Visa or Mastercard though our secure online connection Donate Online Now!  Once your gift has been processed you will receive your tax receipt by mail for your files.

Donations by Mail: If you prefer to send your gift by mail you may do so by sending a cheque or money order payable to:

Donations by Phone: If you prefer to donate by phone please call toll-free in NL 1-855-955-HOME(4663), or local 709-738-0000 during regular office hours Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Donations by Fax/Email: if you choose you can download the Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador donation form, complete and e-mail info@rmhnl.ca or fax us at 709-747-1270.

Make a Donation in Person: If you prefer to donate in person, please visit the charity office during regular office hours, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our House Monthly Giving Club

Want to make a lasting impact on the lives of sick children and their families staying at Ronald McDonald House? Consider becoming a monthly donor! You choose how large of a donation you want to make every month and we will process the payment automatically. You can sign-up to become a monthly donor HERE

  • It’s easy! Regular donations can be made in affordable monthly payments
  • Giving options include: Post-dated cheques, Pre-authorized chequing (PAC) ; credit card transactions
  • Save postage and time with automatic transactions
  •  Donors have the flexibility to easily increase, decrease, pause or stop their gift at any time
  • A cumulative tax receipt is issued annually
  • Staying informed through regular progress updates
  1. Volunteer

Volunteers make the difference in the lives of all the families that come through our doors – by cooking, cleaning and greeting visitors, Volunteers are also needed throughout our province to help with awareness and fundraising.

  1. Tribute Gifts

Donations may be made in memory of a family member, friend or colleague. The bereaved family receives a special notice expressing condolences and informing them that a gift has been made. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt.

Anniversaries/Birthdays/Weddings

Donations can be made in honour of someone special. For a birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion, this is a uniquely meaningful and rewarding idea. Gift recipients are sent a personalized notice informing them of your donation on their behalf. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt. Helping keep families close to their sick children. What gift could be better than that?

In Memory of / In Honour of

Donations can also be made in memory of a family member, friend or colleague. The bereaved family receives a special notice expressing condolences and informing them of your gift. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt.

Are you interested in holding a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House? Whether it be a bake sale, fashion show or any other event you are involved in, there are many ways for you, your family or your workplace to get involved and raise much needed funds for Our House.
