Annette has been the Executive Director of RMHC NL since 2012. She is not only responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the programs and services at Ronald McDonald House, the overall well being of the property but also works closely with the RMHC NL Board, RMHC Canada and RMHC Global
Christina Morgan, CFRE

Christina has been the Director of Development & Communications since 2011. She oversees the charity office, the development team and all donor relations and stakeholder engagement. She is responsible for all annual fundraising initiatives and campaigns. As Director of Communications, Christina enthusiastically promotes the mission of Ronald McDonald House in the community and beyond. She manages the entire online presence, media relations, print publications, and is the media spokesperson for the charity.

Heather has been working at Ronald McDonald House since 2012 in a wide range of roles. Having first started as a Family Services Associate she is now the Senior Development Officer. Heather is accountable for achieving fundraising goals within a portfolio of corporate/signature events, donors of all levels, including major gifts, and other fundraising sources utilizing year-round strategies designed to build and maintain superior relationships, cultivate donors and engage volunteers in the work of Ronald McDonald House Charities Newfoundland and Labrador in order to meet and exceed measurable revenue goals.
Robyn Horwood

Robyn has been the Development Officer since 2023. She works with corporate partners and the community to raise the annual funds needed to provide programs and services to sick children and their families. Robyn enthusiastically promotes the mission of Ronald McDonald House in the community and beyond. She uses RMHC NL digital platforms, including the website, social media accounts, email and other dissemination tools to publish and promote RMHC NL with editorial, and fundraising content/campaigns. She also helps develop print publications and develops content for the entire online presence.
Owen Beers
Development & Finance Officer

Owen has been the Finance & Administration Coordinator since 2023. He supports the development team by overseeing the Donor Database, managing revenue from all fundraising activities and through our online presence. He also ensures our expenses are paid and monitors both revenue and expense budgets.
Jennifer Fleming
Family and Volunteer Services Manager

Jennifer has been the Volunteer and Family Services Manager since 2017. Jennifer creates an atmosphere at Ronald McDonald House that is conducive to the prompt and efficient handling of all guest needs. She oversees the Family Services needs that includes a full compliment of Family Services volunteers, helping to ensure and facilitate the smooth and caring service delivery for all our guests. Her dedication ensures that programs and services run smoothly- making reservations, managing check ins and check outs, organizing volunteer activities, and volunteers services within the house.
